Hotline moved to Poland ?!
i open cases every day for our notebooks to repair.
A month ago it started. I always open cases through the web interface.
People calling me, barely speaking my language (german), asking me if i really have a carepack (at the begining they didn't even had access to the database).
Back in the days ;) everything was much more easier.
I'm not against globalization but i want to do my business and i want to do it fast.
If anyone here made the same experiences (i think it only concerns german users) please respond.
greets stephan

Re: Hotline moved to Poland ?!
although I have had no problems from the UK, I would raise it with your representative. If level of support is not useful, you are paying a lot of money.

Re: Hotline moved to Poland ?!
same to me. I opened a call for an NX8220 two days ago. During the phone-call I thought all the time at Dolly Buster and her funny polish dialect. :)

Patrick

Think rather about Teresa Orlowski! :D
And being slightly more serious:
As a Pole down here in UK all I can say is that the globalisation is unavoidable (although painful sometimes) - you should see Englishmen trying to get a help from India-based hot line!

Re: Hotline moved to Poland ?!
I agree with raadek, trying to convey what I need to an Indian located helpdesk is very frustrating, I can see why you are upset!
