Lifetime warranty for a V1910-48G switch?

I have 13 of these deployed as edge/leaf-node switches.
When we bought them we were assured they would be on "lifetime warranty".
I tried checking this on an HPE site,
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/home
but that site just says
"The information you provided does not match our records. Please review your entry again and make any necessary edits or contact HPE for more assistance."
when I enter 927FDFS4592AB for JE009A.
What gives?

My issue is that I want to know if my V1910 switches have a lifetime warranty, and the checker site won't tell me?
