SBW configurator issues

Hi 

Need help.

I download and  install SBW Software on my PC successfully, but once i run SBW Update manager below error happen!

User-authantication failed

the supplied credentials could not be authenticated

WORNIG: ERROR GETTING PROFILE: REASON USER DOES"NT EXIST

Can anyone assist me please?
