Scammed by company claiming to represent HP support but unable to report it to HP
I have logged it with the HP complaints line & been contacted by outsourced call centre who only want to sell me a real HP warranty to replace the fake one. So far I have contacted the complains line twice (they are probably an outsourced call centre too!) and been called back by the Indian call centre 3 times - same result each time. I have provided everyone with all the doco including proof that the third party was chaiming to be working on behalf of HP but to no avail.
Does anyone know how to reach a real HP employee who can investigate this fraud?
