Storage problem Case id 5328542206

Dear Team,

This is to update you that we are facing the issue in storage server. Subject case has been log since  04.04.18 but we are not getting proper support from your team. They suggest to me that you have to download 

some ISO file from HP site, but we are not able to download, same has been already updated to your team by email & phone, but still we are awaiting form response 

We are not assuming such types of support from your side.

Have you tried contacting the HPESC?
