Unknown support agreement number
Hello,
I've purchased recently new LTO6 dtive for our MSL2024 library. When I check its warranty status, I see the base warranty has expired in 2017, and also a support agreement which expires in 2019. The support agreement number is not shown, and I don't know it. But without registering the agreement, I can't download new firmware for example. So what should we do to register the agreement?

Re: Unknown support agreement number
The expiration date of a warranty is based on the purchase date, if the product was registered with HPE. Otherwise it is estimated based on the manufacture date. Warranty check does not retrieve support agreement information because of privacy reasons. The Service Agreement ID is a 12 digit number and can be found on your Support Agreement. If you still have issues to identify SAID please contact your purchase team or our support: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/usageSupport
I also sent you a private message. Please provide the requested details, so we can investigate it further
