Warranty Status

Hi,

I'm trying to check the warranty status for HP 5406zl switch serial number: Confidential Info Erased, but when I try to use the portal I get this message:

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Ernest,

You are checking the Support Center for HP Inc. which is a different company now. You need to use the link for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I've tried to use the HPE service, but I'm still getting a similar message:

For product number, I've tried: J8697A with no joy 
This product number is not associated with the serial number provided. Please review your records and make any necessary edits or check the box to remove this item.
