Have you cleared your browsers cookies yet?

The login/password is stored in a cookie.

Also, which site are you accessing?

Hi, Maria,

The AutoComplete Feature stores your passwords.

Using Internet Explorer
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Options
Click on Content Tab
Click on AutoComplete
Click Clear Passwords

If you do not wish AutoComplete to keep Forms or Passwords, uncheck the boxes. Or, select what you wish AutoComplete to do.
Click OK
Click OK
