negotiate client proxy ssl handshake failed

Hi All,

I am facing the issue while lunaching the application due to SSO(singele sign on) issue.

This is the erroor getting "negotiate client proxy ssl handshake failed.

Can you please le me know the solutuoion if any body know the solution.
