HPE invests in the next generation of talent with the 2024 EXALT program
At HPE, we know our greatest strength is our people. We work together, grow, and learn together. We are a force for good and advance the way people live and work.
That is why the company launches multiple development programs each year with one goal โ to empower our peopleโs potential by developing their business and personal skills. Every program is built with different modules depending on team member profiles and career aspirations. From deeply technical content to growth mindset, innovation, and leadership. The programs are designed to encompass the full range of skill sets needed to thrive in tomorrow's world.
A great example of this is the 2024 EXALT program. Designed to develop diverse potential across the globe for future senior-level roles through targeted upskilling, mentoring sessions with HPE senior leaders, and networking. The six-month journey offered 34 team members from 11 countries more than 15 training courses covering business, customer, and portfolio knowledge as well as leadership, and personal skills.
Alongside online sessions, participants were encouraged to expand their mindset and embrace bold moves during a face-to-face kick-off that took place in February in Sofia, Bulgaria. The two-day event offered deep knowledge sharing, and valuable best practices taught by proven experts in different areas. Meaningful connections were built thanks to an external self-assessment which every team member completed in advance. The shared results bonded the professionals around their strengths and development areas, with everyone realizing the power of their diverse profiles which results in a pool of endless opportunities. Partnerships and friendships have been born.
Watch a summary of this great experience through the eyes of some of the participants.
If you are looking to stretch and grow your career, HPE culture will embrace you. Open up opportunities with HPE.
