3. Outcome delivers a written report that includes:

• Executive summary
• Technical recommendations and action items
• Graphs of measured KPIs

What are the Service benefits?

It is an individually scoped service based on an initial assessment between an experienced technical consultant and the customer. The service offers customers the following benefits:

• Provides in-depth information on the current performance status of the inspected system(s) and highlights any possible unusual/changed load, performance and capacity patterns
• Is used as a baseline for future comparisons
• Helps the customer identify performance trends for preventive performance management
• Helps uncover potential impacts for planned IT transformation projects
• Gives the customer direct access to experienced and expert HPE and SAP performance technical consultants
• Provides tailored recommendations, tips, and hints that helps the customer maintain peak performance levels, all built on top of a solid performance baseline
• Offers before and after comparison (if history data is available)
• Provides 30 minutes online debriefing session
