Digital Prioris ZX 6000 MP power on problem

I have been given a complete Digital Prioris ZX 6000 MP server minus the case. The case was required to be made into a mailbox !!!
I have all the components except the Operator Control Panel and associated ribbon cable.

So my problem is - How do I power it on ?

I have identified the 2 door lock headers on the motherboard and shorted them but I am unable to identify all the pins on the OCP header.
Please can someone tell me which pins to link to get it to power on.
