ES40 Tru64 fan status - fan3 failed fan6 failed

Hi everyone,

My es40 recently has started up since powered off for a long time. The following message is displayed on the ES40 LCD "fan3 failed" and "fan3 failed".under the p00>>> ,I tried to use clear_error_all command to solve the problem,but it dispalayed that the command is not exist.what's the problem,how do i do to solve the matter?
