How to detect alarms around HP servers ?

We have our HP servers located in a room and we want to detect alarms about fire, flood, excessive temperature, smoke, ... that could occur in that room.
These kind of alarms must be detected, transmitted to our application via a signal in order to be displayed to the users to warn them about the dangerous situation.
