HP 2530 48 POE+ J9772A Not accepting 255.255.254.0 for netmask
Hi,
I'm configuring my network devices to use a /23 netmask. All of the devices have accepted the netmask without problems, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Grandstream, Fortinet, etc.
I have a HP 2530 48 POE+ (J9772A) that is not accepting that netmask. It was running an old firmware version and it was upgraded to the latest firmware version. Now it says that it is an Aruba. The IP address and netmask is configured for vlan1. It doesn't matter if it is via CLI or cosole the netmask is not accepted. The netmask have to be entered with dotted notation (255.255.254.0) becasue is not accepting CIDR (/23).
Please advice.
