HPE OfficeConnect 1420 8G (JH329A#ABB)

Hi,

I need to know if the external power adapter (DC 12v) needed for this switch is included in the product box. I've done a lot of searching and can't find this information. My final customer is complaining about this. He ordered two boxes and both didn't include a power adapter.
