Hi guys , help me with tips please  : 

1.How can I aggregate (LACP) ports located on 3 separate switches  2810-48G on site A ? 

2. And I need then that aggregated link to connect to site B where I have Avaya ERS 4550 (i know how-to do that on avaya but they use they own proprietory DMLT protocol )  ...

You cant, the 2810-48 doesnt do distributed etherchannel.

A suitable switch to upgrade to would be the 2920 that supports true stacking between them, thereby allowing MLAGs/LACP connections from that stack of switches.
