Vlans Issue
Hi All,
sorry for my English,
I have 2910-48, and checkpoint firewall.
I created few vlans on switch and I want that my firewall will do all the routing
how can I connect all my vlans and forwad them throw one port that will be conneting to the firewall.
Thanks.
P.S. This thread has been moved from Switches, Hubs, Modems (Legacy ITRC forum) to ProCurve / ProVision-Based. -HP Forum Moderator

Re: Vlans Issue
i don't know how the checkpoint works, but on the switch you just need to tag that port in every vlan.
vlan 10
tagged <Port to checkpoint>
exit
wr mem

Re: Vlans Issue
On your firewall you will need to create sub-interfaces which reflect the VLAN IDs that you have tagged on the switch port connect to the firewall. This will then allow each of the VLANs to communicate with the fireqall and route the traffic.
