Has anyone had this error before

can not backspace segment

I have a drive that gives me this error and causes the backup to fail.
That which does not kill me, makes me stronger

I'm assuming that's a message from your ISV application - it's not much to go by.

1) What drive type (e.g. DLT8K, Ultrium)?

2) What version of firmware in the drives?

3) Any I/O error logged from the drive in the application or system/event logs?
