Balancing Exchange

Hello..

I am needing a documentation for to create two servers exchange 5.5..
I have one server exchange, it has 200 users, I would like to make as balance..
Can be ?

Yes.
By either using multiple MX records in DNS...

Or... You can also load balance by setting up a Bridgehead server with multiple Exchange Servers behind it, replicating back and forth.

MS has documentation in technet and at the Exchange Site regarding "Bridgehead" servers.

5.5 doesn't cluster well, but exchange 2000 and better workes very well with active/active clustering and MSCS. you might check if these are viable options.
There have been Innumerable people who have helped me. Of course, I've managed to piss most of them off.
