Calender Printing Error in OWA in win 2000 operating system

When trying to print to an HP4&5000 printer using OWA , some of my windows 2000 user experiance the following error "missing exchweb\controls\util_calendar20.js include"

Since ALL user are NOT affected, it sounds like these users may be missing from a specific group, or their internet security setting in IE may have been locked down to hard.

If it's IE, look at the security settings for java.
