I am using ghost for image creation. When I put the Ghost image on the drive and reboot I receive the error message "NTLDR is missing" Any work arounds?

Re: NTLDR is missing
Try to boot from a rescue disk, and edit your boot.ini file.
This message usually happens when the parition referenced is not the correct one, in the multi(x)disk(x)partition(x) section, check the Xs. 0 is first and so on, chek if your partiition is the right one.

Re: NTLDR is missing
Sounds like your NTLDR file may be corrupt on the Ghost copy.
If you have another similar system, format a diskette under NT, and then copy all the boot files from the C: drive (Boot.ini. and NT*.*)to the floppy. You can use this floppy to boot the system, and if it comes up you will be able to check to see if the NTLDR file is really missing (or it may be corrupted). Copy this file from the floppy to the C: root, and then take the floppy out and try to reboot. Key here is that the boot.ini must be correct for the configuration you have.
