Hi Everyone
Please I am in need of anyone help to let me know how I can do this complicated job.
We have small Network:
1) 20 PCâ s running Windows 2000 and XP.
2) One PDC Server runs Windows NT.4 Server (there is no BDC Server).
3) One member Server runs Windows NT.4 Server and Exchange Server 5.5.
Now we joined with other small company:
1) 10 PCâ s running Windows 2000 and XP.
2) One PDC Server runs Windows 2003 server.
3) One member Server runs Windows 2003 server and Exchange Server 2003.
We need to replace the new company servers with all of its Current PDC Windows 2003 Server and Exchange 2003 OS configurations, and joint them to our Current NT.4 Network.
1) Replace the new company servers with all of its PDC Windows 2003 Server and Exchange 2003 configurations, and joint them to our Current NT.4 Network.
2) Use the new exchange 2003 Server without changing its current configuration (change only the Exchange 2003 name to joint the NT.4 Domain)
3) Use the new Domain 2003 Server without changing its current configuration (change only the Domain 2003 name to coexist with the NT.4 Domain)
4) Move all User Accounts and all Data from NT Domain to 2003 Domain.
5) Move all Exchange 5.5 User Accounts, Mail Boxâ s, and Public Folder â ¦.etc to the Exchange 2003.

Re: Replace PDC & Exchange Server
Somehow this post showed up as in the HPUX: networking forum in my notification, so you may not get many responses.
Let me answer your questions in an arbitrary order.
2) Not possible, exchange 2k3 and 2000 both REQUIRE active directory.
3) Again not possible, as windows 2000 and 2k3 both donot support flat domains, Active Directory only.
4) You'll probably want to do this first, as exchange 5.5 can coexist with active directory. Hopefully you know enough about exchange and AD to be able to follow the Microsoft guidance here. If you have a small domain (which it looks like it is) you should be fine with that.
5) New hardware is really a must. Running the old environment in parallel with the new will dramatically ease your conversion.
1) As above, it's strongly recommended that you run a parallel environment during the transition.
You're asking about an extremely complex process, so the entire path cannot really be contained here. Here is a good starting point http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/whyupgrade/nt4/nt4domtoad.mspx

There have been Innumerable people who have helped me. Of course, I've managed to piss most of them off.
