Adding BL460G6 to Chassis with e-net pass-thru to Cisco

When adding a BL460G6 with the 10Gb Flex-NICs to a chassis with pass-thru interconnects in bays 1&2 going to an external Cisco infrastructure, does the Switch see 1 Ethernet port or 4 ports per physical connection?

External switch will see 1 port only. Flex10 NICs will be seen as 1 single Gigabit NIC unless you are using Virtual Connect Flex10 Modules.
