AiO SB600C - restore to factory defaults

We currently have an AiO SB600C in a C3000 enclosure. The SB600C is paired with a blade that has (6) 146G drives. If after we've made changes, (for example - host an exchange storage group) and want to restore back to the default settings can we use the recovery DVD to restore back to the factory default settings (as when it came out of the box)?

O.K. so I found my own answer here:

Has anyone ever had to do perform this? If so, any tips\advice?
