Benefits and uses of Bladelogic for hp servers
I have been tasked with looking at the uses of the bladelogic tool for our hp environment. I have it installed on all boxes but we havent started using it yet.
Do any of you use it in your environments?
What do you find it useful for?
All suggestions and comments welcome.
Thank you

Re: Benefits and uses of Bladelogic for hp servers
Going back a few years...
We used verion 7.x of Bladelogic
When it came time to upgrade... I'M SORRY THERE IS NO UPGRADE
Upgrade parth - build 2 new environments, manually export everything you want to keep, import to your (#1) migration environment. Then upgrade that environment. Then export all of that again, and import to your (#2) new 8.x environment.
Everyone on my team hear absolutely hates Bladelogic for this and many many other reasons!
