BL20p G3
The Server reboots with frquency of two to three days. OS 2000.
Firmware and PSP is already up to date.
Could anybody suggest please what could be the reason?

Do you have any STOP error in windows event viewer or in Integrated Management Log?
Do you see something like "ASR Detected by System ROM" ?
Generally speaking probably best way in such cases is to swap drives from one BL20p to another BL20p (if you have another free BL20p )
If you continue to see unexpected reboots on second server - the problem is windows 2000 related. If on second server you don't see unexpected reboots - you have hardware problem in your first BL20p
