BL260C G5 install windows 2008 problem

I have a problem with installation w2k8 (or R2) on new bl260c g5. When I use virtual media the installation failed with error, that installer cannot contact device etc. (connection are broken).
When I use external DVD drive via usb hub, after choosing language a got error:
"A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD,DVD or USB flash drive please insert it now."

I try 2 cd/dvd drivers and I always get this error.

How can I install w2k8 (or R2) on this server?
