The server is BL460C with QMH2462 4GB fc card
software:win2k server sp2 + kb932755
Qlogic driver 9.1.3.16
I hvae installed commandview eva v6.02 on this server
The problem is server can't connect to EVA4K as a SMA,command view can't find a hsv controller.
what can I do?

There is no zone configuared on the san switchs.
In the Attachment,the blade I want to use as a SMA at bay14

BTW,the total 12 aviable ports was defined as 4 external and 8 internal or dynamic assigned(cloud it be 10 for blade and 2 for eva)?
Another question: there is 8 externel fc port on the rear of the switch, cloud I buy a license then upgrade to 4/24 switch?

Port licensen can arranged how You want, but total port count is 12. So for example 11 blades and 1 external or 10 blades and 2 external ports at same time.
You can buy addtional port licence to upgrade your 4/12 license to 4/24.
