We have ProLiant BL460c G1.
The status of "Health LED" on the front panel is Amber Flashing. What does it mean?
There is no one "Degraded condition" record in "Event log" of server's iLO.
Also in "System Log" of "Active Onboard Administrator" there was only this records :
=======================================
Oct 9 10:50:27 OA: Blade 2 is reporting degraded health status.
Oct 9 10:50:27 OA: Blade in bay #2 status changed from OK to Degraded
Oct 9 12:49:34 OA: Blade 2 is reporting nominal health status.
Oct 9 12:49:34 OA: Blade in bay #2 status changed from Degraded to OK
Oct 9 12:49:34 OA: Blade in bay #2 status changed from Degraded to OK
=======================================
So we have "status changed from Degraded to OK", but the "Health LED" is still Amber Flashing.
Does anybody know the way to take a diagnosis of this situation, or may be somebody know the solution.
Any usefully help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: BL460c G1 "Health LED"
The blade servers are administrating by the use of "HP Onboard Administrator --> Device Bays --> [SERVER_NAME] --> iLO --> Web Administration".
When I open:
"[SERVER_NAME] --> iLO -- Web Administration -- Power Management Settings -- Power Capping Settings"
I see:
"Activate this iLO 2 feature by installing an optional ProLiant Essentials license key."
So I understand, that power capping is not in use on this enclosure.
