BL460c G7 and iLO3 1.25 power allocation problem
C7000 OA at 3.21
VC FlexFanbric at 3.17
460c G7 at 1/29/2011
iLO 3 at 1.20
Win 2008 R2 SP1
iLO3 driver 3.3.0.0
In OA, power allocation is 310-320 watts for a dual processor server (6 core 2.67GHz)
Update iLO3 to 1.25, power allocation instantly jumps to 510-520 watts.
Since my enclosures only have 4 -48V DC supplies, this caused me to hit the power allocation limit.
Immediately backed down to 1.20 and allocation is back to 310-320 watts.
