BL460c G7 cannot power on

Hi All,

I Have one enclosure c7000 with existing BL460c G6 and i want to add 1 server bl460c G7, when i try to power on, server cannot be power up.
for the information the all firmware have been updated
Enclosure : 3.20
iLO3 : 1.16
Virtual Connect : 2.33


Any solution for this case ???

Do you have enough power for this extra server?
Do you see any information at all about the server in OA?
Have you tried more than one bay?
Have you updated the BIOS as well?

No information critical about firmware status

Yes, i already change the position of server t another bay, but problem still same

The BIOS update has the last update..

have you solution for this task...??
whether i must update the OA firmware??

Latest OA is 3.30.

See here for fixes (there are many..) - does any apply to your problem?

VC firmware been updated? 460 G7 needs at least 3.10 according to this:

VC firmware is 2.33
I think so too, it seems i have to update the vc to be 3.10...

i will notify you if it is succesfull.

update to latest 3.18

If your Vc Manager Firmware version is below 3.1xxxx your BL460c G7 may not power up.

Thus you need to update your VC Manager firmware to 3.10 or latest.

This should be okkay.
