Hello everyone,
i found this conversation with the search and it is exactly the same problem we are experiencing.
I have a c7000 with ethernet passthrough in slot 1 and 2, FC passthrough in slot 5 and 6 and infiniband switch in slot 7-8 (dual switch).
Within the bl 685G7 I installed the HP BLc QLogic 4X QDR IB Mezz HCA in mezzanine 3 but just after that the blade wont start and if I check in the enclosure administrator I can see this:

Does this means that every port have two sub channels anyway, which for the first ports connect to slots 7-8 from the enclosure backplane and for the second ports connect to slots 5-6??
