BL870c shutsdown automatically

BL870c shutdowns automatically when started up. There are other 2 blades in the enclosure which have no issue. SEL reports SHUTDOWN_OR_RESTART_ON SENSOR. Using an IPF decoder it translate to sensor 60 - 0.9 Volts - Memory cell 0 (Mem Mezz. Sensor type 12 = System Event. Please could you assist on what the issue could be or sugguest a replaceable part

This looks like a power issue so first check if your chassis has enough power supplies to be able to support the number of blades that you have installed in it. If the chassis power is good, the BL870c can't be that old that is out of warranty already. So why don't you call HP and let them handle the problem?
