Blade chassis reports bad psu, then OK???

Our blade chassis, a c7000 fully populated sent some emails over the weekend saying certain things failed, then seconds later they were ok...

First it was power supply 3, email saying it failed, then seconds later it was OK.

About an hour later fan 6 did the same thing, failed, then OK.

A day later power supply 3 did the same thing...

I really dont want to deal with a phone call to HP right now...

Firmware on the on board admins is 1.30

Idea's as to why it might do this?

Server room is a cool 67, no one was in the server room over the weekend...

Hi!

We have the same problem on our blade chassis and I'm wondering if you ever solved it. It seems that HP has withdrawn the 2.0 FW. In the document ernst limbrunner posted it says clearly that the 2.0 FW will solve this problem. But when is the firmware released it's kinda irritating to have 10 new e-mails almost every day saying that fans and powersupplys jumping up and down. It becomes the little chassi that cried Wolf

Seems like HP finaly have released the FW 2.01 that fixes this bugs. We are applying this FW on one of our chassis today.

We have applied the FW update to our chassis and after a day not a singel false error from fans or powersupplys. It worked.

It seems firmware version 2.02 is showing this issue, as well. I have a blade chassis that is giving me fits on two power supplies. Same symptom - failure and then 3 seconds later comes back online.
