Blade p-class servers BL20p

i want to know the diffirence between the
Cisco Gigabite ethernet switch and
rj45 front patch pannel

which will use for blade p-class servers?
gigabite switch or rj45 patch pannel

Simply
The Cisco switch is a switch with all the network connections done inside the blade enclosure. And the Patch Panel is not - so all the cable connections for each network card need to be made to a switch outside the blade enclosure.
