Power Mgmt 3.3
We are experiencing sporadic reboots from our BL685c servers running ESX 3.5. Some of our servers are crashing and we are not sure what the prolem is, can someone help with this

Look in the IML logs (From iLO or OA interface) are you seeing any ASR (Automatic System Reset)?
You may have memory issues.
A new BIOS came out this week along with a newer install of the Power mgmt 3.4 firmware.

Seems like it's time to analyze network traffic and see what is going on.
Any redundancy, LACP, STP or similar activated on the switches that might be confifugred erroneously? Might also be a broken network card/network cable that is causing the flooding. Might also be a an attack..
