BladeSsytem c7000 questions

I have a BladeSsytem c7000 system which includes
1 Onboard Administrator
1 Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3020
4 HP ProLiant BL460c
Each BL460c has one Hard Drive

I could install an OS, RHEL 4, on each BL460c without a problem.

The system is basically a condensed RACK.

Given the hardware above, I would like to know if the system can be used more wisely. For instance, can it be configured as a cluster with load balance? Is it capable to integrate any known storage device?

vmware is not an option.
