Breaking a mirror and rebuilding the array on Blade server

Folks,

I need advice OR how to do reference guide; on how to break a mirror and rebuild the array on a Blade Server.
The server model is Proliant BL465c G1
OS: Windows server 2003R2 Std.Edition
Smart Array E200i

Current Array Information:
Box 1: Bay 1, 72GB (SAS)
Box 1: Bay 2, 72GB (SAS)

Remove the old disks and upgrading to 2 146GB disks.

Thanks a million

cheers

Hi,

It works on a Blade server like on any other ProLiant server. Look at the whitepaper 'RAID 1(+0): breaking mirrors and rebuilding drives' on the ProLiant whitepapers, storage section.

HTH,

Tristan
