C-Class enclosure - Degraded SAN Fabric + dead card

I have a status warning in Virtual Connect, that reports that the SAN fabric is DEGRADED.  [Screenshots attached] As far as I can tell, the system setup correctly, although I do have a dead a faulty HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port which is due to swapped out.  

 

I'm wondering if this degraded state is due to clown card, or whether there's still an issue with the environment.  Has anyone seen this before?

I worked out the cause of the issue.  The fibre cabling was incorrectly patched into fabric A+B at the same time.
