c3000 OA password recovery

Hi there,

Are the password recovery instructions any different for the c3000 OA vs the c7000? I'm having trouble connecting up to the OA with a serial cable, so I can't even begin the procedure.

The serial port and reset button for the c3000 OA are located on the front of the chassis. Don't try and hook a console cable up to the port on the back that has a picture of a laptop on it.
