c3000 OA password reset Non disruptive?
Can't find the password for the OA. I have a serial cable hooked up and I can see the CLI and I have read you just press the reset button for 5 seconds press l to get into password recovery and you are good to go, but I'm beyond nervous to do this. Will it have anyy effect on running blades?

The fans might go to full speed, that's normal when OA is offline.
