can anyone PLEASE tell me, step by step :), what am I suppose to do in order of powering off c3000 enclosure?

Back up your data. (they always ask you to do it)
shut down servers.
pull the power from enclosure.

I have to pull out the power cable?

It seems so that removing the power cords physically is the way to go.
