C3000 - Thermal subsystem too high

Hello.
I've 3 BL460cG1 (up 2 date) with OA 3.21 running ESXi 4.1U1.
No VM are running but the thermal subsystem shows me that the fan speed is about 80-90%.
When I shutdown these blades, so no blade are running, the FAN speed is about 25%.
I checked the 2 Gbe2C : OK.
I checked the 2 MDS9124e : OK.

Can you help me ?

Which version FirmWare do you have on the ILO cards on the servers?

There's an issue with at least some servers running FW 1.80 on the ILO which can cause the thermal system to switch to 'Stress-Testing Jet Engine Simulator mode'

do you have blanks in every empty interconnect bay, device bay, power bay and unused fan bay. YOu need to have all unused bays covered.

Re: C3000 - Thermal subsystem too high

All the bays are covered.
I checked the blade and one of them said to me that virtual fan is about 83% while there is no running VM.
When I removed the blade, fan speed went down to 50%.
