c7000 and bl460c - iLo Problem with OA
13 out of 14 blades works very well but one got a problem.
These are the given informations:
"iLO network configuration problem, check connectivity to iLO default gateway"
Rack Firmware:
OA Firmware Version 2.25
Device Model - ROM Version - iLO Model - iLO Firmware Version
ProLiant BL460c G1 - I15 04/01/2008 - iLO2 - 1.50 Mar 12 2008
for every blade and now the false one:
HP ProLiant BL460c G1 - [Unknown] - [Unknown] - 1.50
If i try to access the iLo through the OA, i get a timeout. The only way is to access directly through the ip.
I already installed the latest firmware (fw-cd v8.20) and did a reset of the iLo.
Any ideas?

Re: c7000 and bl460c - iLo Problem with OA
1. Totally remove power from the server (reseat the server)
2. Reboot the OA.
In my experience, I found that a total reset of the power on the blade usually fixes the problem.

Re: c7000 and bl460c - iLo Problem with OA
(1) Upgrade the BIOS and ILO firmware on the blade to the latest or those on the supported matrix for OA 2.25.
(2) Remove the blade
(3) Failover the OA to the standby or remove and reinsert if you just have one.
(4) Plug it back into a different slot where it was before.
If that fails. Pull off the lid of the blade and look for the dip switch to reset the ilo on next insertion of the blade. Then remove and turn dip switch off.
If that fails....you have a faulty ILO processor - call HP for MB replacement.

Is it only a restart? Change it the configuration to default?

The same thing as taking the blade out of the bay. (My first option)
Did you reboot the OA(s)?
