C7000 Combine GbE2c and Pass thru Module in Interconnect Bay 1 and 2

Hi,

I would like to know if it is working and supported to combine a HP GbE2c Switch in Interconnect Bay 1 with a Pass thru Module in Interconnect Bay 2 in a HP C7000 Enclosure.

Can anyone confirm this as a working and HP supported Solution?

Works for sure, HP support I don't know but I don't know why it won't be supported.

What You will lose is the possibility to use cross-connects between horizontal switches, but if that is okay with you and you know that with pass-through you have to use 1Gb switch ports, I would say go for it.
