c7000 Enclosures Supported Power Supply
Reginald had a power supply question:
************
Question, is the 2650W PS support on G1 and G2 blade enclosures? If so, does the customer need to swap the 1PH module for a more current revision?
*************
Reply from Dan:
Yes it is supported. All of the enclosure’s power supplies must be upgraded to the new one. No mixing of different capacities. Also update the OA firmware to the latest version.
And a comment from Kurt:
To answer your second question, the 1PH Power Input Module does not need to be replaced in the G1 and G2 versions of the c7000 enclosure to support the 2650 watt power supplies.
