C7000 Network is working slow, Please Help.

We have a C7000 blade with 3 servers it has a 10 flex fabric connection, we have 3 SUS which SUS1 is connected to bay1 and SUS2 is connected to bay2 and SUS3 is just internal, our servers are connected to sus and we have 3 vlans, the server is connected to Juniper EX4200 switch and each 3 ports in each bay is aggregated via lacp, every thing is ok but network speed, when we test the network speed between two virtual machin even in same physical machin we don't have anything faster than 300Kb.

We almost tested everything but still we have this problem.
