Configuring a new Flex-10 Ethernet network
We have a C7000 with redundant Flex-10 modules, and it's all pretty new to us.
Port 2 on each Flex 10 is connected to our production network and I am able to access the network from member blade servers.
Now I have created a new Flex-10 Ethernet network named Hyper-V, and have wired in port 1 from each flex 10 to our production switches. On the back of the Flex 10's I can see that there is activity on both ports 1 and 2 (flashing amber LED) but while port 2 is lit in green, port 1 is not.
Then back to the Hyper-V ethernet network, I am unable to add port 1 to that new network using the Add Port button in the GUI.
How do I make this second set of connections available to the blade BL460-G6 servers?
Thanks!

Re: Configuring a new Flex-10 Ethernet network
I realise now that the VC Manager is not supported under IE8. All is well under IE6. Jarkko, thank you for your reply.

Sol'n: Use IE7 or 6 to run the VC Manager.
