connecting to dvd drive and running smart start cd

I have used the SUV cable to go in manually and set the IP addresses on the blade server, connected the dvd player to the blades but when i go into the iLO and try to do the web administration it comes up saying page cannot be displayed. is there a setting or step that i am missing

Install Java and ensure you are running IE not firefox.

I just re-installed java again and have been using IE and am still getting the same error
